    Deakins Park is a luxury development by Charles Topham set in the picturesque residential communty of Egerton, Bolton.
    They wanted a premium brochure to reflect this and the result was a 36 page perfect bound document printed on a mixture of coated and uncoated stocks, with a spot silver and gloss varnish.
